Older Versions

Older versions of WIRED are still available:

• WIRED 1 is still available and was in use on several experiments, including the CHORUS and DELPHI experiments at CERN. Its codebase is no longer under development. Access to the WIRED1 website is provided for historical value.
• WIRED 2 was a prototype made for the ATLAS experiment at CERN. Many of its features are include in WIRED 4.
• WIRED 3 is basically the follow up of WIRED1 and uses both HepRep and WIRED1's internal representables to store its data. It is in active use by the BaBar, GLAST and the LCD detector study at SLAC. WIRED3 is used for GEANT4 and also runs as a plugin module in JAS version 2.x.
